Checklist for empirical WPs on key concepts and measures

This document presents a comparative template developed within the NET-ROL project to support the systematic comparison of empirical findings across work packages WP3–WP7. Building on the Conceptual Framework (D2.1) and the Guidelines on Concepts and Measures (D2.2), the template provides a structured tool for mapping data, concepts, and linkages within the project’s analytical system. It will be used in later project stages to facilitate synthesis and refinement of the conceptual framework
